Booking
4–6 weeks for high season (Dec–Feb, Jul–Aug), 2–3 weeks otherwise. We can usually accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes — every itinerary can be tailored. Add or remove stops, adjust pacing, combine experiences.
Groups of 6+ receive 10% off excursions and car rentals.
Payment
Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and major mobile money providers. We hold a 30% deposit and collect the balance on arrival.
Full refund 14+ days before travel. 50% refund 7–13 days before. No refund within 7 days (force majeure exceptions apply).
Tours & Excursions
By default all of our excursions are private. Shared departures are available on request for selected tours.
Sun protection, modest clothing for Stone Town, water shoes for marine tours, and a light jacket for sunset sails.
Yes — we cater for vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and all allergies with advance notice.
Car Rental
A valid license and an International Driving Permit. If you don't have an IDP, we can arrange one on arrival.
Yes, all rentals include comprehensive insurance with a €500 refundable deposit.
Accommodations
Most villas include a private chef for full breakfast. Hotel bookings vary — details are listed on each property page.
Practical Info
Most visitors can obtain a Tanzania visa on arrival or online. We can assist with visa questions or provide referrals.
June–October (dry season) and December–February (warm, dry) are ideal. April–May is green season with fewer crowds and lower rates.
Zanzibar is very safe for travelers. We provide 24/7 support and brief all guests on local customs and tipping on arrival.
